Abstract

В статье представлен литературный обзор современных демографических, эпидемиологических и социально-экономических аспектов старения населения. Проанализированы глобальные тенденции увеличения доли лиц пожилого и старческого возраста, изменения возрастной структуры населения, динамика ожидаемой продолжительности жизни, а также особенности демографической нагрузки в различных регионах мира. Рассмотрены современные международные данные, отражающие влияние старения населения на системы здравоохранения, рынок труда, экономику и социальную сферу. Особое внимание уделено вопросам роста распространённости хронических неинфекционных заболеваний, увеличения потребности в гериатрической помощи и долгосрочном медицинском сопровождении пожилых пациентов. Показано, что демографическое старение представляет собой не только серьёзный вызов для общества, но и потенциальный ресурс при условии сохранения здоровья, функциональной активности и социальной вовлечённости пожилого населения. Подчёркивается необходимость разработки комплексных междисциплинарных подходов, направленных на формирование системы активного и здорового долголетия, совершенствование профилактических программ и адаптацию систем здравоохранения к современным демографическим изменениям.
