Abstract

This scientific article presents the results of morphological and biochemical identification of bacterial pathogens involved in hoof diseases in cattle. The bacteria were identified using Gram staining method, as well as catalase, oxidase, indole, and urease tests. The main identified microorganisms are Fusobacterium necrophorum, Staphylococcus aureus, and Dichelobacter nodosus, whose pathogenicity, morphology, and biochemical characteristics were analyzed. The research results confirm the importance of laboratory diagnostics for early detection and treatment of hoof diseases.
