Abstract

This thesis examines the importance of using digital technologies to develop communicative competence in English language teaching within inclusive higher education. In modern educational settings, students have different learning needs, abilities, and communication styles. Therefore, digital tools can play an important role in creating equal learning opportunities and supporting active participation in English lessons. The use of online platforms, multimedia resources, interactive exercises, video materials, and mobile applications helps students improve speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. The thesis highlights that digital technologies increase students’ motivation, support individualized learning, and create a more accessible educational environment. The findings show that the integration of digital tools into inclusive English language teaching contributes to the development of communicative competence and improves the quality of higher education.
