This study examines the crucial intersection of workplace safety and performance among women employees within the specific context of Mangalore City. With an increasing emphasis on gender diversity and inclusivity in the workforce, ensuring the well-being and productivity of women employees is of paramount importance. This research investigates the factors influencing workplace safety perceptions and their subsequent impact on performance outcomes. By employing a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, interviews, and data analysis, the study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by women employees in Mangalore City. The findings offer insights into the role of organizational policies, cultural influences, and social support systems in shaping both safety perceptions and performance levels. The implications of this study contribute to fostering a safer and more supportive work environment for women employees while enhancing overall organizational performance.
