MODERN TREATMENT MECHANISMS IN PATIENTS WITH PRINZMETAL ANGINA PECTORIS (Literary review)
Keywords:
vasospastic angina, nitrates, calcium antagonists.Abstract
Although coronary artery stenting and CABG are often used today, vasospasm must be kept in mind as a possible cause of CAD. For this group of patients, it is preferable to prescribe calcium antagonists and nitrates. Taking β-blockers in this pathology can lead to a deterioration in the condition, so their appointment, if possible, should be avoided.
