SOCIAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE LEVEL OF TECHNOLOGICAL DEPENDENCE AND PROCRASTINATION IN STUDENTS

This scientific article analyzes the socio-psychological characteristics of technological dependence and the level of procrastination in students. The rapid development of modern information and communication technologies, along with creating new opportunities in the lives of young people, is also causing the emergence of some psychological and social problems. In particular, excessive use of mobile devices, the Internet and social networks can negatively affect the effectiveness of students' academic activities, time management skills and a sense of personal responsibility. The article describes the relationship between technological dependence and procrastination, the social and psychological factors affecting the manifestation of these phenomena, and the possibilities of reducing them.
