My article provides a profound analysis of the German corporate governance model ("Deutschland AG") and its distinctive features, including the two-tier board system, co-determination (Mitbestimmung), long-term strategic planning, and the role of the "Mittelstand" (SMEs) phenomenon in economic stability. The primary objective of the paper is to develop conceptual frameworks for adapting this highly efficient economic architecture to the current context of structural reforms, privatization of state-owned enterprises, and corporate sector modernization in Uzbekistan. Furthermore, the article systematically evaluates national mentality, institutional readiness, and the systemic risks associated with the transformation process.
