Abstract

This article explores the methodological potential of artificial intelligence in English language teaching. The study analyzes the role of AI-based technologies in improving language skills, increasing learners’ motivation, and personalizing the educational process. Modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, speech recognition systems, and adaptive learning platforms are examined from a pedagogical perspective. The research highlights the effectiveness of artificial intelligence in developing speaking, writing, listening, and reading competencies in EFL classrooms. In addition, the article discusses the advantages and possible limitations of AI integration in language education. The findings demonstrate that artificial intelligence can significantly enhance the quality and efficiency of English language teaching when applied through appropriate methodological approaches.
