This article examines the linguocultural features of aphorisms in typologically different languages and analyzes their semantic, pragmatic, and cultural characteristics. Aphorisms are regarded as concise linguistic units that reflect the worldview, national mentality, historical experience, and moral values of a particular society. The study compares aphorisms in different language systems and identifies similarities and differences in their structural organization, figurative expression, and communicative functions. Special attention is paid to the role of metaphor, symbolism, and cultural connotation in the formation of aphoristic meaning. The research is based on comparative, linguocultural, and semantic analysis methods. The findings demonstrate that aphorisms serve not only as stylistic devices but also as important carriers of cultural knowledge and collective memory in different linguistic communities.
