IMPROVING THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISMS FOR DEVELOPING AN INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN TRADE ENTERPRISES

This article examines the improvement of organizational an economic mechanisms for developing an innovative management system in trade enterprises. In the context of a modern competitive market economy, the role of innovative management systems in enhancing the competitiveness and efficiency of trade organizations is analyzed. The study explores the impact of introducing digital technologies, automation of management processes, strategic planning, and efficient resource utilization on the overall economic performance of enterprises. Special attention is given to international experience and advanced management practices applied in the development of innovative management systems. The findings show that improving innovative management mechanisms in trade enterprises contributes to increasing operational efficiency, enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction, reducing operational costs, and strengthening competitive advantages in the market.
