PSYCHOLOGICAL DETERMINANTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF A PRIMARY TEACHER

It highlights the role of motivation, reflection, emotional stability, communicative competence, and personal growth in pedagogical activity. The findings show that psychological factors play a crucial role in teachers' professional development.
