Abstract

This research analyzes the role of Islamic creed in New Uzbekistan and the significance of Imam al-Tahawi’s scholarly legacy within the system of Islamic theological doctrine. The work “Aqidat al-Tahawiyya,” written by Imam al-Tahawi, is considered an important source that presents the fundamental principles of Islamic belief in a clear and concise manner. The study highlights the scientific and educational importance of this heritage in the context of ongoing spiritual and educational reforms in New Uzbekistan. It also emphasizes the role of Islamic creed in ensuring religious tolerance, social stability, and spiritual development of society.
