Abstract

The use of authentic materials has become an essential component in English for Specific Purposes (ESP), where language instruction is closely aligned with real-world professional and academic contexts. This article examines the impact of authentic materials on learners’ motivation and performance in ESP classrooms. It explores how real-life texts, such as professional documents, reports, and multimedia resources, contribute to increased engagement and improved language proficiency.
