Abstract

This article examines the lexical and grammatical characteristics of phraseological units containing the somatic component "hand" (qo‘l) in Uzbek linguistics. The study analyzes the semantic groups of these idioms, their connotative meanings in speech, and their grammatical structures. Furthermore, the article explores the connection between "hand"-related phrases and the national worldview, mentality, and culture from an ethnolinguistic perspective. The findings of the research contribute to determining the role of phraseological units in enriching the vocabulary of the language.
