This study explores the intricate interplay between consumer confusion, perceived risk, income level, and decision postponement in the context of consumer behavior. Consumer confusion often arises from the overwhelming variety of choices and information available in today's markets, leading individuals to delay their decisions. This research investigates how perceived risk and income level moderate the relationship between consumer confusion and decision postponement. By employing a quantitative approach, data from a diverse sample are analyzed to uncover the nuanced dynamics at play. The findings shed light on the underlying mechanisms that influence consumer behavior, offering valuable insights for marketers and policymakers seeking to alleviate confusion and facilitate informed decision-making.
