Abstract

Pharmacokinetics, the study of how drugs move through the body, plays a crucial role in understanding the clinical significance of drug therapy. By analyzing the absorption, distribution, metabolism, and elimination of drugs, pharmacokinetics provides valuable insights into drug efficacy and safety. This article aims to explore the clinical significance of pharmacokinetics, highlighting its importance in drug development, dosing regimens, and individualized patient treatment.
