SOCIO-ECONOMIC PROBLEMS IN URBAN AREAS: ANALYSIS ON THE EXAMPLE OF SHARSHARA MAHALLA AND WAYS TO OVERCOME THEM

Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of socio-economic problems in urban areas using the example of the Sharshara mahalla. The study examines demographic indicators, employment and unemployment rates, poverty levels, infrastructure development, and issues of social security based on statistical data. The results identify the main problems in the area and propose effective mechanisms for addressing them. Additionally, the article presents scientific and practical recommendations aimed at improving social policy at the mahalla level and enhancing the standard of living of the population. The findings have significant theoretical and practical importance for ensuring sustainable socio-economic development of urban areas.
