Abstract

This article analyzes the role of the Great Silk Road in the historical and contemporary development of Uzbekistan. It examines the key cultural, economic, and political aspects of the phenomenon, as well as its influence on the formation of urban centers and transnational interactions. The research is based on an interdisciplinary approach, incorporating sources from both domestic and foreign scholars. Special attention is given to modern initiatives aimed at reviving the cultural heritage of the Silk Road and their importance in educational and international contexts.
