Abstract

This article analyzes the theoretical foundations and practical possibilities of forming leadership competence in future teachers. It is argued that in the modern education system, the teacher's role as not only a teacher, but also a leader is of great importance. The article highlights the structural components of leadership competence, factors influencing their development, and effective methods and tools in the pedagogical process.
