Abstract

The article analyzes the influence of the Nobel Prize in Literature on global literary processes. It examines the historical development of the prize, its literary principles, and the role of laureates in gaining international recognition as well as in promoting translation and publishing activities. The study also highlights the importance of the Nobel Prize in bringing national literatures into the global literary sphere.
