THE EFFECT OF HYPERANDROGENISM AND POLYCYSTIC OVARY SYNDROME (PCOS) ON PREGNANCY

The purpose of this article is to analyze the effect of hyperandrogenism on pregnancy in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) based on modern scientific sources. Based on international clinical guidelines, the impact of hyperandrogenism on ovulation, implantation, spontaneous abortion, and live birth rates was analyzed. The study presents a theoretical analytical review that summarizes available scientific evidence and provides final conclusions regarding the relationship between hyperandrogenism and reproductive outcomes in women with PCOS.
