Abstract

This article explores the concept of a healthy lifestyle and its importance in maintaining and improving public health. Particular attention is given to the main components of a healthy lifestyle, including balanced nutrition, physical activity, mental well-being, disease prevention, and the avoidance of harmful habits. A healthy lifestyle is presented as a key factor in preventing chronic non-communicable diseases, increasing life expectancy, and enhancing overall quality of life. The article emphasizes the importance of personal responsibility, health education, and preventive healthcare strategies in strengthening individual and societal health.
