Abstract

 In the context of modern educational reforms and social development, the role of volunteering has gained increasing importance in the training of future preschool educators. Volunteering provides practical opportunities for students to develop key professional skills, foster social responsibility, and acquire valuable experience in working with children and communities. This article explores the significance of integrating volunteering activities into the pedagogical curriculum, analyzes its impact on the professional and personal growth of future educators, and offers recommendations for effective implementation within higher educational institutions.
