CRIMINAL LAW POLICY ON LAND FUNCTIONS IMPACTING CLIMATE CHANGE IN INDONESIAN NATIONAL LAW PERSPECTIVE

This article aims to analyze the criminal law policy on land functions impacting climate change in Indonesian national law perspective. The study is based on literature review and legal analysis of relevant laws and regulations. The findings suggest that Indonesian criminal law policy should be strengthened to address land functions that contribute to climate change. The article also proposes recommendations for improving the effectiveness of criminal law policy in preventing and punishing environmentally harmful activities related to land functions.
