Abstract

 In this article of the republic of uzbekistan civil society in the new edition of the constitution adopted in 2023, the year of the given constitutional status, their legal basis and will analyze the role of society in development. Research for non-profit organizations, the media, the institute for the neighborhood, local authorities and public control mechanism enshrined in the new constitution of the basic aspects of covering. Also, updated to ensure constitutional norms, social justice, openness and transparency, to strengthen the participation of citizens in government will analyze the expansion of the importance of holding meetings.
