Abstract

This article is devoted to the issues of improving the planning activities of prevention inspectors of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The article analyzes the tasks and functions of prevention inspectors from the point of view of the regulatory framework and identifies existing problems in planning activities. Proposals were put forward to strengthen information and analytical work, introduce digital technologies, and develop cooperation with the public. The experience of community policing in foreign countries was also studied, and the possibilities of its adaptation to the conditions of Uzbekistan were considered. The results of the study can serve to increase the effectiveness of crime prevention.
