Abstract

This article is dedicated to studying the pedagogical significance of motivation in the educational process. The study results showed that motivation significantly affects students’ learning, classroom engagement, and overall development. Incentive strategies applied during the experiment helped enhance both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. The study provides recommendations for activating and effectively applying motivation in pedagogical practice.
