Abstract

this article scientifically analyzes the personality of the teacher and the psychological impact that his pedagogical style of communication shows on the educational motivation, the effectiveness of mastering and the emotional environment of students. Empathy, interactivity and an individual-oriented approach in the process of communication are highlighted as a decisive factor in the intellectual and social development of the student.
