Abstract

Based on the development of the agrarian education system, the development of highly qualified personnel and the development trends of the labor market, the researches of foreign scientists who conducted scientific research on the training of highly educated personnel were studied, and the researcher gave suggestions and recommendations on improving the management mechanisms of personnel training in the agrarian education system.
