This article provides an in-depth analysis of the impact of climate policies on the investment climate, the direction of capital flows, and risk management mechanisms. While global climate demands accelerate economic reforms and encourage investment in green technologies, regulatory uncertainties pose additional risks to investors. The study assesses the impact of political stability, financial incentives, and institutional trust on investment decisions and develops proposals for effective risk management.References
