Abstract

 This article examines the role of artificial intelligence (AI) as a key driver of digital transformation in the service sector. It explores the theoretical and practical aspects of AI implementation in various industries, including finance, education, healthcare, and tourism. It analyzes the impact of intelligent technologies on improving service efficiency, personalizing services, optimizing business processes, and managing quality. Particular attention is paid to the socioeconomic impact and ethical risks associated with the implementation of AI in the service sector. The article concludes by arguing that artificial intelligence is shaping a new paradigm for customer interaction and contributing to the competitiveness of the national economy.
