Abstract

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into sales and logistics processes is changing the way companies operate, increasing efficiency, improving decision-making, and enhancing customer service. In this article, we explore the potential of AI to automate routine tasks, optimize supply chain operations, predict activity, and personalize customer interactions. It also examines the limitations and challenges of AI, including technological complexity, data quality requirements, ethical issues, and employee onboarding.
