PEDAGOGICAL BASIS FOR DEVELOPING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE CULTURE AS A FACTOR IN THE HOLISTIC EDUCATION OF STUDENTS
Abstract
This article explores the theoretical and pedagogical foundations for developing a healthy lifestyle culture among students as a key area of educational work in the modern education system. It examines the principles, methods, and pedagogical conditions that ensure students develop a conscious attitude toward their own health as a personal and social value. The relationship between a healthy lifestyle culture, spiritual and moral development, and professional competence is substantiated.
