Abstract

The article highlights the role and significance of state policy in protecting women’s rights and ensuring gender equality. It analyzes the reforms and legal frameworks implemented in Uzbekistan to promote gender equality and their practical outcomes. The paper also provides suggestions for improving gender policy.
