PROMOTING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AMONG YOUTH THROUGH SPORT PEDAGOGY

Emphasis is placed on the strategies educators can implement to engage young people in consistent physical activity, fostering habits that contribute to lifelong health and well-being. The study also discusses challenges faced in promoting sports participation and proposes solutions to enhance effectiveness.
