Abstract

This article explores the role of sport pedagogy in promoting a healthy lifestyle among youth. It highlights the theoretical foundations of sport education, practical applications in schools and communities, and the psychological, physical, and social benefits of regular physical activity. Emphasis is placed on the strategies educators can implement to engage young people in consistent physical activity, fostering habits that contribute to lifelong health and well-being. The study also discusses challenges faced in promoting sports participation and proposes solutions to enhance effectiveness.
