HEMATOLOGICAL INDICATORS IN DISORDER OF PLACENTERAL BLOOD CIRCULATION AND PREDICTION OF PERINATAL COMPLICATIONS

Abstract

The study assesses the relationship between hematological indicators of pregnant women with uteroplacental blood flow disorders, placental morphology, and perinatal outcomes. Anemia (Hb↓), tendency to thrombocytopenia (PLT↓), hyperfibrinogenemia and D-dimer elevation are indicated; Hb and PLT have a negative correlation with the total placental injury score, while D-dimer has a positive correlation. An integral prognostic scale (Hb, PLT, fibrinogen ± morphological index/CD95) with AUC 0.88 has been developed; sensitivity is 85%, specificity is 78% for predicting adverse perinatal outcomes.
