THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF A MANAGER IN THE FIELD OF CULTURE: THEORY AND PRACTICE

The article analyzes the professional qualifications, working methods, and scientific approaches to planning the activities of a culture manager. It discusses issues such as building activity on the basis of dialogue, showing interest in employees and community life, involving the team in creative activity, understanding the needs and goals of the collective, maintaining both formal and informal communication with team members, and creating a creative environment within the institution.
