Abstract

This paper examines the effectiveness of management systems in private schools, drawing from international experiences and analyzing the context of Uzbekistan. Using a mixed-methods approach combining document review, comparative case studies, and interviews with private school leaders in Uzbekistan, the research identifies key success factors such as leadership, accountability, data systems, stakeholder engagement, and resource alignment. International cases from Thailand, Latin America, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia provide illustrative models. In Uzbekistan, challenges include legal ambiguity, weak accountability, capacity constraints of school leaders, and resource disparities. The paper concludes with recommendations for policy, capacity-building, and continuous monitoring to strengthen private school management effectiveness in Uzbekistan.
