Abstract

This article explores the scientific-theoretical and methodological foundations of ecotourism terminology, highlighting its relevance in contemporary linguistic and environmental studies. The research emphasizes the interdisciplinary nature of ecotourism, where language, culture, and ecological awareness intersect. Special attention is given to the classification, formation, and usage of ecotourism terms in academic and practical contexts. By analyzing linguistic features and methodological approaches, the study seeks to provide a clearer understanding of how ecotourism terminology evolves and functions within both global and local frameworks. The findings contribute to the development of consistent terminology that supports sustainable tourism practices and facilitates effective cross-cultural communication.
