The article analyzes the specifics of preparing managers at the pre-university (pre-diploma) education level. It highlights the main advantages of this stage, such as the early formation of managerial competencies, the development of leadership qualities and entrepreneurial thinking, as well as professional orientation of students. At the same time, the study identifies problems that reduce the effectiveness of training: weak integration of educational institutions with the business sector, outdated curricula and teaching methods, a shortage of practice-oriented instructors, and insufficient use of digital technologies. Based on the analysis, recommendations are proposed for modernizing the educational process, including the introduction of dual training models, digitalization, expansion of partnerships with businesses, and updating standards in line with international best practices. The implementation of these measures will improve the quality of training future managers and enhance their competitiveness in the labor market.
