Abstract

This article explores iron deficiency anemia (IDA) as one of the most common hematological disorders in pediatric practice. The primary etiological factors, clinical manifestations, diagnostic approaches, and current therapeutic strategies are analyzed. The findings emphasize the importance of early detection and effective treatment in preserving child health and preventing long-term complications.
