Abstract

This article explores the issues of guiding students in vocational education towards modern professions and developing their creative thinking skills. It discusses the psychological and pedagogical foundations of career guidance, the role of the educational environment in fostering creativity, and the implementation of innovative approaches such as STEAM and project-based learning. The study also analyzes the experiences of developed countries and proposes practical recommendations applicable to the context of Uzbekistan. The importance of forming professional competencies in line with market demands and adopting strategies aimed at independent and problem-solving thinking is emphasized.
