In the academic thesis, the transition of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the "green" economy and the problems that arise in the economy during this process and promising solutions to them, the main reasons for the transition to the "green" economy, the conceptual basis of the transition of Uzbekistan to the "green" economy and the formation of energy efficiency in the country will be highlighted.
