LEGAL POLICY IN THE FIELD OF MIGRATION AND ECOLOGY: THE EXPERIENCE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

This article analyzes legal policy in the field of migration and ecology on the example of the experience of the European Union. It examines the migration flows caused by climate change, natural disasters and environmental degradation, and the legal measures used by the European Union to regulate them. The article analyzes the relationship between migration and environmental policy of the European Union, the cooperation of European Union member states in this area, as well as the problems that arise and their solutions. The results of the study show that although the European Union has gained considerable experience in this area, much work is still needed to fully understand the link between migration and ecology and implement effective legal policies.
