Spontaneous regression (SR) of cancer is an exceptionally rare event where malignant tumors partially or completely resolve without targeted therapeutic intervention. This article provides an in-depth exploration of SR in neuroblastoma, renal cell carcinoma (RCC), hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and melanoma, emphasizing their unique biological, immunological, and environmental underpinnings. By synthesizing extensive clinical case reports, histopathological analyses, and molecular studies, this study aims to elucidate the multifaceted mechanisms driving SR in these cancers, offering insights into potential therapeutic avenues.References
