PROVIDING YOUTH EMPLOYMENT FOR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY

The article analyzes the opportunities and challenges of youth employment in a global context. Youth employment around the world is important for the economic stability and social development of each country. In European countries, youth employment programs and training courses play an important role in ensuring stability and sustainable employment. The European Union is implementing projects aimed at integrating young people into economic life, creating new jobs and encouraging social activity.
In Asian countries, for example, in India, the problems of youth employment are of serious importance. The growth of the youth population and limited economic opportunities complicate employment. States and international organizations are developing strategies for training programs and creating new jobs.
In general, the issues of ensuring youth employment are developing in each country depending on social, economic and cultural factors. Multifaceted approaches and public-private cooperation are needed to solve such a problem. It should be noted that youth employment is important not only for economic growth, but also for social stability and cultural change.
