Abstract

This article relates to the linguo-pragmatic and grammatical aspects of nonverbal means formed by hands and legs in Uzbek, English, Turkish and Russian languages. It is obvious that nonverbal means can be utilized to identify grammatical and cognitive features in communication, or express aim of communicators. People tend to use their hands and legs to show clearly their aims in a speech activity. So, different features of nonverbal means by hands and legs are discussed in this article.
