Abstract

Satisfying the population's need for grain and grain products is one of the most
important tasks in today's gradual transition to the market economy and the formation of new forms
of ownership. The economic potential of each country depends on the lifestyle of the population, the
level of supply of grain and grain products. Cereal crops are grown mainly for the production of
bread products. The development of the main sectors of our agriculture, especially the development
of grain production technologies, is one of the most important sectors at present.
