This article is about the educational readiness of future foreign language teachers in the development of media literacy and information culture, and the task of teaching future foreign language teachers “Media literacy and information culture”: Public information and media are typical of the times: The culture of using concepts such as “digital”, “computer”, “visual”, “technological”, “communication”, “media”, “information”, “mass culture” and “technocracy” to students and young people while understanding their meaning, goals and tasks formation is analyzed.
