FUNDAMENTALS OF FINANCING PUBLIC EDUCATION IN OUR COUNTRY: ACHIEVEMENTS, PROBLEMS AND PROPOSALS

The article explores the basics of financing public education in our country, the achievements in this regard in the past period and the problems that need to be solved. At first, the principles of legislation were revealed, and then the mechanisms of financing were analyzed. It also describes the problems and shortcomings of financing, the work carried out to ensure financial efficiency and the problems that need to be solved. Opinions have been advanced on the social significance of public education funding and its impact on the quality and outcome of education, and proposals have been made to improve work on the subject.
